Mr Basavaiah Natesh is a highly experienced Consultant Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Head, and Neck Surgeon with over 20 years of expertise in otolaryngology. He currently serves as a Consultant at BMI The Meriden Hospital and holds the position of Senior Clinical Lecturer at Warwick Medical School.

Mr Natesh's medical career commenced with the completion of his degree in 1998 at Karnatak University in India. He received comprehensive training in ENT and Head Neck Surgery in India, followed by advanced ENT surgical training at prestigious centres across the South East of England. His extensive expertise encompasses a wide range of adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders, including airway disorders and tracheal pathologies.

To further hone his skills, Mr Natesh pursued advanced training in Head and Neck cancer surgery at Cambridge Addenbrooke's Hospitals. He also completed an internationally recognised Fellowship in Advanced Head & Neck cancer surgery at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London. Subsequently, he assumed a Consultant role at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Mr Natesh specialises in minimally invasive thyroid, parathyroid, and salivary gland surgeries, performing over 100 surgeries annually. He notably established the Upper Airway Disorder Multidisciplinary Service at UHCW, which caters to patients with breathing difficulties due to airway pathologies.

In addition to his clinical work, Mr Natesh is actively engaged in research, focusing on Head & Neck Surgery and sleep apnea management. He regularly presents his research findings at national and international meetings, and his contributions are published in high-impact factor journals such as Cancer, Cancer Treatment Reviews, and BMJ.

Mr Natesh is a respected figure in his field, frequently participating as faculty for national and international meetings and Head and Neck surgical training courses. He is accredited as a trainer for ENT/Head & Neck surgery trainees in the West Midland training program.
